 Discount Policy 

Some items such as the sheer scarves offer an additional "Buy 12 and get a 5% discount"  built into the listing.  Check the top of each listing for the bulk discount message.  

 
 We occasionally offer other discount programs and coupon codes.   Coupon Codes are single use only.  We reserve the right to change or update these programs without notice.  
  • Orders placed separately can not be combined for discounts 
  • Only one discount coupon or promotion per order.
  • Free shipping promotion applies to orders shipped within the US only. 
  • The shipping charge for discount orders sent to an address outside the US will be figured automatically in the checkout but actual costs may be higher if the package exceeds a certain size. We will contact you with any changes. We strive to keep postage costs as low as possible

Purchase Order Policy and Information

 
Please read through the following information regarding purchase orders. Email viv@heyviv.com or call 718-273-4553 with any questions.
 
 
We accept purchase orders from corporate, educational, non-profit and government organizations pending a credit review by our finance and accounting staff. 
  • Please contact us to set up a purchase order
  • Minimum order is $100
  • Payment is due 30 days after the shipping date and may be paid via company check, money order, or credit card.
  • Please keep in mind that your organization may need time to process the purchase order paperwork. So allow extra time for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders shipped within the continental United States can take up to 5-6 days for delivery.
Purchase Order Requirements
Your purchase order can only be accepted when accompanied by the signature of the officer authorizing the purchase and when submitted on your organization's official purchase order form or letterhead. Email to viv@heyviv.com or mail to:

Purchase Order must include the following:
  • Purchase Order number
  • Complete bill to and ship to addresses
  • At least one contact name, phone number and email
  • The name, title and signature of the officer authorizing the purchase
  • List of items you would like to purchase
  • "Net 30 Days" on the purchase order.

Purchase Order Restrictions

Items will only be delivered to the organization that generates the purchase order.

We reserve the right to refuse any purchase order for any reason. We cannot accept international purchase orders. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. We cannot accept purchase order numbers over the phone. We cannot process an order until we have received a signed purchase order. We cannot accept your purchase order unless you agree to these terms.
